Vagina Monologues

The other day in class we watched a vagina monologue on the period. The video shocked me because the period isn't an everyday topic. Most woman will complain to each other when the time comes but that's about it; it's not an everyday conversation, especially between sexes. I never heard of vagina monologues until the other day so I decided to look up a few and listen to them. I recently found this one on YouTube.



The woman in this video makes a good point. Shaving the vagina is a pain in the bum but most woman do it. For some odd reason I thought of it as normal until I watched this video. So why do woman shave anyways? Most will say they don't like hair but yet we wouldn't shave our hair on our head constantly. She made good point in the fact that most men like it shaved but yet most women like the males to be shaved as well. I believe that if you don't mind shaving than why stop? It doesn't mean you don't respect your vagina it just means that you like it tidy.
